Catholic nonprofit denounces ‘horrific attack’ against crisis pregnancy center near DNC

A pro-life Catholic non-profit is speaking out against the recent vandalism attack against the Aid for Women pregnancy clinic in Chicago.

The Christian Post reports that the Aid for Women clinic was attacked early Friday morning, shortly after the conclusion of the Democratic National Convention at the nearby United Center. Spokesperson Mary FioRito said the clinic was splattered with red paint and grafitti.

According to FioRito, four vandals were caught on security cameras painting “fake clinic” and “the dead babies are in Gaza” on its entrance and cementing its doors shut.

The Christian Post reports that, according to Catholicvote.org’s tracker, this is the 93rd attack against a women’s crisis pregnancy center since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022.

CatholicVote.org president Brian Burch denounced the attack stating, “The aggressive actions and rhetoric of pro-abortion politicians maligning pregnancy resource centers as they serve the vulnerable has no doubt fueled this senseless violence.”

The non-profit Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America published a list of the Democratic Party’s abortion views that were on display at the DNC last week.

That list included a parade at the DNC with women dressed up as abortifacient drugs, as well as a Planned Parenthood bus parked on DNC grounds to offer free vasectomies and drug-induced abortions.
