Atheist Soros’ Open Society Foundation Announces $50 Million for “Civic Engagement” Groups that Promote Abortion, ‘Climate Change’, Gun Control

The Open Society Foundation, previously headed by atheist George Soros and now run by his son, Alex, has committed $50 million to a host of groups for the purpose of “civic action.”

These groups include:

“Planned Parenthood, the National Women’s Law Center, the Alliance for Youth Action, Run for Something, and Power Rising, a member of the Black Women’s Leadership Collective, which led a campaign to support the nomination of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court last year.”

A rep for the foundation told the Chronicle of Philanthropy specifically that “the new funding is explicitly not timed to influence the 2024 presidential election.”

Power Rising, however, is an organization which lists as a board member Minyon Moore, the chair of the 2024 Demoratic National Convention, which will be held in Chicago.

Moore also reportedly has been a Black Lives Matter board member, and is the former CEO of the Democratic National Committee who also served as Assistant to the President and Director of White House Political Affairs in the Clinton Administration.

The Chronicle also reported that:

The new funding will be in addition to prior commitments it’s made to U.S.-based organizations since 2020, like $220 million for Black-led organizations working for racial justice, $100 million to Latino organizations to support civic engagement and immigrants’ rights, and $52.6 million for organizations that work in Indigenous and Asian communities.
