Pastor Jack Hibbs lists 5 things Christians will go to war over in 2024

Pastor Jack Hibbs of Calvary Chapel of Chino Hills, California warning that 2024 “will be unlike any other year previously lived in your lifetime.”

The Christian Post reports that Hibbs has listed 5 things that Christians will go to war over this year. Hibb’s clarified by stating:

I’m not talking about bombs, guns and missiles. I’m talking about an all-out war on everything, from the spiritual realm, which is invisible, but certainly to the physical world, in which things manifest.

The first item on that Hibbs’ list is a war that will be against the truth. Hibbs pointed to Pontius Pilate asking Christ, “What is truth?” and how that same question is being asked today by people who don’t know what to believe.

The second item will be a war against the facts which, Hibbs warns will be waged by fact-checkers and others who deceive by portraying facts selectively. With 2024 being an election year, Hibbs cautioned that deception could be widespread.

The third item that Christians will go to war over this year is a war against the faith. Hibbs states that this will be a war against the Christian Faith specifically.

The fourth thing on Hibbs’ list is a “war against the church” by a world that has never truly been at peace with the church.

Finally, Hibbs warns of a war against marriage that will underscore the foundational institutional role of marriage. The pastor has been vocal about the cheapening of marriage in modern society as witnessed in the long-running reality TV show, “Married At First Sight.”
