SPLC doxxes writers for Babylon Bee’s sister site; Elon Musk calls group ‘criminal organization’

The far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is accused of doxxing writers for the satirical website The Babylon Bee and its sister site Not The Bee in a report attacking the sites for critiquing progressive ideologies.
The Christian Post reports that the SPLC’s “Inside the Beehive” report sought to uncover Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon’s past business connections and published the identity of 14 pseudonymous writers for the publications.
The report takes exception to Not The Bee’s articles on illegal immigration, gender ideology and use of Bible terminology, claiming that the publication “targets” the immigrant and LGBT communities.
According to the Christian Post, the SPLC claims its report relied on “publicly available data” and “publicly viewable source code.”
In a post on X earlier this week, Dillon stated that the SPLC, “extracted sensitive information from our site, then used that information to contact our writers directly.”
Tesla and X CEO Elon Musk responded to Dillon’s post, saying that the SPLC is “a criminal organization [in my opinion].”
For years, the SPLC has compiled an annual “hate list” of groups it deems controversial, including mainstream pro-life and pro-family organizations like the Alliance Defending Freedom, the Family Research Institute, the Ruth Institute, the American College of Pediatricians, Do No Harm, Family Watch International and the World Congress of Families.
